Past & Future? I Create It?
Thursday, February 16th, 2012Many people believe the
y live within the present moment but they are really living in the past and most likely the future. For the most part, the majority of us human beings experience only minutes within the moment, and spend the rest of our time attempting to get rid of what happened in the past and planing for the future. You say, well we have to learn from our past so we have to spend some time there. And don’t we need to plan for the future? Aren’t we supposed to lay down plans so our life is not just left to chance? To do this we have to spend time in both the past and the future. I say, that is poppy-cock…
The past is the past. If you did not learn your lessons at the time you experienced the event, then you are not going to learn it now. And the best laid plans are foiled by the past. The past can not be changed and the future has not happened yet. It does not yet belong to us. If we spend our time thinking about the things that happened in the past that hurt us, reliving it with all of the pain and suffering we experienced when it happened; we end up bringing that energy into our present moment. Then without intention we actually recreate the very thing we do not want to happen. The future is a place for our creative energies to realize the reality of our desires. But if we are focused upon the so called mistakes we’ve made in the past instead of on what our desires are, then we end up repeating the same mistakes over and over again.
Don’t you think it is time for Humanity to recognize our creative power and stop living within a false reality? This is a question that is designed to make you more aware of just how much time you spend worrying about the future and brooding over the past. When it is time for you to create something new and wonderful for yourself you will. It is time to stop doing according to plan, and start being according to our true design.
Be within the moment creating with intention. Practice this! Right now it does not feel natural, but as you grow beyond your limitations it will become more natural and you will begin to see your life change from repeating the same mistakes over and over again to actually creating your hearts desires. The truth about creation is that we are all creators that are designed to create each moment. We do just that. What we create is determined by what we are focused upon. So focus on your inner most hearts desires and each moment take a step closer to that. Going by the experiences of the past will only serve to sabotage your desires and cause your creative energy to be wasted.
You ask me how do I know this? I know this because I have spent most of my life doing instead of being. It takes practice to remain within the moment. To practice this get quiet and allow yourself to experience all that is around you.
Journey On
