Taking charge of my health was a challenge like none other. Coming from a place of limited thinking, depression and chronic illness I had a long road of ups, downs and confusion to maneuver to get healthy. At first I didn’t know what direction to go, but I knew traditional medicine was not working for me. One day I placed all of my medications in a paper sack and took them with me to my Dr’s. appointment. When I put them on his desk, he asked me if I wanted him to weed through them? I said no! Please do not take this wrong but; they are not working for me. For every medication you prescribe a new symptom shows up. I feel as though I am on a merry-go-round and I am getting off! Doc please refer me to an Osteopath because they will take a more natural approach to my treatment. I want to get well, not just maintain my pain or cover up symptoms. (do not stop taking any medication without first consulting your Natural Doctor) Be responsible and take steps that make sense. Many Doctors now are practicing what is called integrative medicine. This is where traditional medicine and natural medicine is coming together to make people well, not just cover up the problem with drugs. Long story short he referred me to an incredible Dr. and he began teaching me about nutrition, supplement’s and helping me to retrain myself defeatist brain to recognize my part in all of my poor health and unhappiness. Once I accepted that I created it, I had to change my thinking around self-judgment. I realized that if I remained in this place of self-blame, I would continue to be ill. He assisted me with the opening of my mind and my static belief system became flexible and open to new ideas.
Through this journey, I have gained much. I continue to grow and with every thought of Love I gain better health. My diet is natural now; I use only natural products including cleaning and personal. I take several supplements to strengthen my body and treat the cause of the symptoms, which is not only relieving my discomfort but is healing my body. I must point out here that it took me forty plus years to screw up my body and mind. It has taken time to get well. Our limited way of thinking will not allow us to take that leap instantly.
When you come to Natural-ALA you will find the years of research and personal experience that I share with all who desire wellness. We carry natural foods, vitamins, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, amino acids, alpha lipoic acid, digestive and fiber supplements, muscle and joint supplements, and a vegan raw food bar that is most delicious and nutritious called OH BAR. Labyrinth For Prayer & Meditation (A Healing Space)
Wednesday, May 16th, 2012Hello All,
This is the diagram for the Labyrinth that we will begin construction on tomorrow morning @ 7AM. Rocks needed! Bring rocks that you are drawn to with you to the site in the morning. It will take a large number of them to complete this project.
To participate in this sacred creation is a great blessing and provides a person a venue for giving without expecting to receive. As we serve to create a space for healing of Mother Earth and humanity we are healing ourselves. If you choose to participate, please leave your problems and negativity at home. Bring your open heart and Love with you. To bring more Love into our lives, we must focus only on Love! Serving is Loving!
The finished Labyrinth will be a peaceful, spiritual space for healing and growth. It is a welcoming space that will provide an opportunity for all to experience oneness with Creator.
- The construction begins by clearing the space with prayer and meditation. We will set intention for a beautiful healing space that is welcoming to all who are drawn to it. I of course will do this before I begin the physical clearing of the land. We will do this together when you arrive at the location.
- We will clear weeds and remove the roots of intrusive mesquite. Flatten and fill in holes. (Permission has been asked for and given by Mother Earth & Creator to do this.) We will only take what must be taken and will be as non-intrusive as possible. I am starting this process this evening so that we will be better prepared to move forward tomorrow. When possible we will use the roots to beautify the area around the Labyrinth. Bring your creativity and loving spirit.
- Then construct a winding pathway from the Yucca bush to the Labyrinth area using rocks. (the space will be pre-cleared Wednesday by Rose & Bob for immediate placement of rocks along the pathway)
- Lay out design of Labyrinth using stakes and string. The entrance will be placed in the East. The center of the Labyrinth will have a special rock or other object that will reveal its-self as we go. Until then, we will measure for the center rock space two square feet.
- Once the design has been laid out, we will begin placing the rocks. This is done by using a small garden shovel to dig just below the surface creating a place in the Earth for the rock to rest. Then follow your heart as you place the rock in its place, (fill the rock with your love as you do this) you may place the rock on its end, side, back, which ever feels right to you for that rock. Each rock must be touching; the flow of Love energy requires this.
- We will work our way from the center to the outside rim of the structure. Completing each section within a space of peace and love
Materials: Potting spade/shovel, gloves to protect hands if desired.
Sometimes I use gloves, but sometimes to touch the soil and absorb the healing energy from the earth is desired; it is up to you.
You will not be required to spend any set amount of time working on the Labyrinth. Work as much or as little as you want to. I only ask that you be there with me in the beginning for direction and that you only work on it when you are in a space of love.
Much of the process can only be experienced and is not easily described. All are welcome to participate and all who are ready to receive healing will be present and ready to share Love. It is as is intended by Spirit! So Be It!
With much gratitude in my heart I move forward as a conduit for the Love energy to complete this creation for the healing of Mother Earth and all of Humanity. Every person that participates will receive this healing and find closeness with (God/Creator/Jehovah/Universal Spirit) whatever you call the Loving Breath of Life that created all that is.
This is a non-denominational open minded creation. There will be no doctrine theory discussions or religious arguments please. We must respect the beliefs of others and understand that we are all coming from a space of Unconditional Love no matter what our belief system. I am excited and anxious to begin this journey. See you at Goldminers RV Park on Highway 191, Pearce, AZ at the south end of the park. Thursday May 17th, 7AM.

Self Emposed Barriers
Wednesday, May 9th, 2012I was recently asked this question by Carl Liebenberg on Twitter…“What’s the biggest barrier to your health and wellness goals?” My answer while simple is entailed. I gave him the short response on Twitter, but immediately felt the desire to
expound on the subject. This is something I know well because I am well practiced in it. The one and only answer is our limited thinking. We can come up with any number of reasons not to do what we know must be done to regain or maintain our health and wellness. But when you remove the window dressing, the bottom line is; all of these reasons are just excuses. The real barrier is our thinking, our self talk. Remove the “I can’t because” and you no longer have a barrier. In its place say “I’m moving into a place of wellness and perfect health. In this place I am doing all I must do to be all I can be.” “My way is clear and my gratitude is great; I say thank you for my perfect health and I claim it now! It Is Done!”
Continuing to believe we are ill is the place that stops us from gaining our health. Once we have made the choice to be well, we must take action around that choice. We must do something differently from what we usually do. Maybe we have to change our diets, exercise more, take nutritional supplements, see an alternative health care professional, and yes retrain our brain to a new way of thinking. Catching negative thoughts and replacing them with the opposite positive thoughts is one way to do this. This is being a conscious thinker; becoming conscious of all of our thoughts takes attention. Take our thinking off auto pilot! Stop going through life with random results accepting mediocrity. It takes work, but I can tell you that with every negative thought you catch and change, you are making great progress. Each time we do this, it becomes easier. The past is only a lesson learned and is a tool for compassion and understanding. We have not yet created the future; we only have right now. I stay within the moment and create it according to my consciousness. If I am not happy with my life experience, most likely it is because I slipped into the past or the future without recognizing it. When awareness of present is regained and focused upon we are able to create with confidence and know that our hearts desire is reality; “Our Reality”.
Along with changing our thinking, we must also change our feeling. How we feel right now is going to create how we feel in the next moment unless we are conscious around those feelings. Example: Lets say that you just had a bad experience and are feeling angry and hurt. You are thinking about what happened and are focused on the wrong doing (what ever that may be). Your thinking about the others involved and are feeling not only anger but a desire for revenge. Many people would begin to plot how they can carry out their revenge and gain satisfaction from it. This takes a tremendous amount of energy and focus away from creating loving healthy thinking and feelings of love. You put all of your passion into something that will only bring you illness and more pain. You say to me (no I will gain satisfaction from making them pay for hurting me). I am here to tell you that all you will gain is pain and more pain. If you remain in that place of negativity you will only recreate the experience in your life over & over again. On the other hand; if when the experience happens you recognize it is not about you, but it is about where the other person is in their journey. They are creating their own life experience. They create for themselves what they put into your life. They are simply living their own way of being, their own thoughts and actions will be multiplied by the deed and return to them. Do you want to live that same way of being? Seeking revenge only creates that same type of energy in your experience. It does nothing to help you create health, wealth, or happiness.
Now lets say that you realize it is not about you. Lets say you understand that we are all in a space of recognizing our true being and also the fact that this other person is simply in a different space. You now make a choice to send them love and healing instead of ill will. Sending love and healing to them creates it in your own experience. Then you remove your focus from what happened and place your focus upon more positive creations for yourself and those around you. You also look at the experience and find things about yourself you want to change. Because you realize your own way of being brought the hurtful experience into your life. Self reflection is important in the healing process.
I have only one more point to make; perceived bad experiences are simply showing us what we are not. To see who and what we are, we must first recognize what we are not. Use this, throughout your journey and remember your true being.

Unlocking Potential
Sunday, April 22nd, 2012
There is an unlimited amount of potential within us. It is true!
The majority of that potential is locked away deep within the recesses of our beings, never to see the light of day. We do not recognize that this potential even exists. Why is that? We do not miss what we are not aware of. When it comes to achievements within our life’s journey we limit ourselves based upon outside stimulation and information. In some societies people are limited by how others categorize them (IE: England, people have a Station in life). The simple fact is, to some degree all countries have this same type of thinking. This way of thinking is staunch and extremely limiting, where only the few are allowed to achieve. If you were born to a poor family and not to a wealthy one and later found wealth; your status still was less than equal. This is the type of limited thinking not only stifles creativity, but prevents people from even attempting to make things better for themselves. We all want acceptance and sometimes in order to get it, we push ourselves down and play the role we are given. We do not look within to find our potential; I’m speaking from experience. My young life was based on the assessment of others. I trusted what I was told and those whom I thought had my best interests at heart. That is what a child does, they trust. The most common reason many grow up to be bitter and angry is because they are reacting to mistreatment as a child. Over the years I have either allowed myself to succeed or fail because someone else told me whether or not I was capable of completing the task successfully.
We were a poor family that had very little luxury, but always had the basics. When I was told in the fourth grade that I had a learning disability and would never be able to retain what I had learned I believed them. After all, they were the educated teachers in the school and new best; right? Wrong! I had grown up believing this and therefore did not apply myself while I was in school. I quit school in the tenth grade and got married. I proceeded to have two children at a very young age.
Then I met a woman that told me that what I had been told was a lie. She said that the only thing that is limited within me is my own way of thinking. She said that I did not have to believe what that teacher said so many years ago, and continued to point out several areas of intelligence within me. She did not ask me to take her word for it; she simply showed me the truth within myself. She said that if the teacher was right I would not have been able to learn and retain these things. After a lot of consideration and soul searching I recognized that this wonderful person was right. At that point I felt a new energy within me, and a new desire to learn all that I could learn. That was a turning point for me. I went back to school and got my diploma, then continued my education through community college, seminars, workshops and private trade schools. I found that I was actually quite smart and when I applied myself, was able to learn a great deal. Not only did I find my intelligence, but I found within myself an ability to apply into life what I was learning. (If you are teaching young minds, please be careful. Assessing through your own learning, the diagnosis of a learning disability leaves room for error. Choosing to inform the child of your findings could have a devastating affect that hinders their growth without even knowing it. You could be wrong!)
When I look at the insecurities and lack of basic education within our children today, I see adults that have blinded themselves to the potential of those children. Parents have allowed teachers and other so called professionals to stymie the growth of our youngsters. How many children do you know that have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, and other so called learning disorders? If you were to take a poll at a school, most likely you would find a large percentage of students have some form of learning disability; whether it’s the above mentioned dyslexia, autism, or some other form of behavior that scientists don’t understand.
I tell you this story to make a point. The point is, we don’t believe in ourselves enough to know when we are being told a lie about ourselves & because we were taught limitation for ourselves we pass that teaching on to our children; doing them a great disservice.
I had been lied to and believed it entirely. From that young age my insecurities grew and engulfed my way of being. As a young adult, because of this type of thinking, I brought into my life all sorts of trials and tribulations. It took me years to overcome my insecurities and understand what my time here on Earth is intended for. I have grown and become the person I am today because of these things, not in spite of them. It is important that you understand that. Because I experienced this way of thinking I have gained an understanding around it. Now I see these experiences as opportunities to help others grow as I have grown. The pain, suffering, anger, grief, guilt and shame I felt all those years has now been transformed into Love. Not the kind of love that is physical, no, but a love that is unconditional and lasting. (I speak of a love that the Bible describes as “Agape Love”, God Love). All of the people that took part in my creation as I am today; “thank you”! There is no need for forgiveness, because to think so is to be ungrateful for whom I have become.
I never have been a person looking for wealth; I have always been a person looking for love. I was desperate for it. This was because I didn’t know that what I was seeking was within me all along. I Am Love! I never understood why people are so preoccupied with wealth and status. These things are so fleeting; here today, gone tomorrow. Over the years I have been judged (told I have no ambition) because I was content to live a very simple life without very many luxuries. No, as I said before, my focus was on finding love. I have found it! Now I understand that I am worthy of the luxuries I have in the past denied myself. Even though those things will not bring me happiness, I am worthy of experiencing them. This is my journey and I can create it as I desire. So can you!
This is becoming a long post. I will write more on this subject later. By the way, thank you for reading my blog!

Our Spirits Spring A-New!
Tuesday, April 10th, 2012As spring begins to show its freshness, we become excited about our possibilities. It is a natural thing for spring to bring to the surface a renewal of our energies. After all, it is part of the life cycle that depicts a new beginning. Take the newness of life as a sign that you are also brand new. The fact is; with every thought, feeling, spoken word, and every action we take… we are born anew. Think about that! Think about the moment you just had. What was your thought? What was your feeling? What if any, was your action? This is important because this is what will create your next moment. If you are on a downward spiral, spinning out of control, all you must do to stop the downward spin is to realize that you are greater than your thoughts. You are greater than the condition or the situation you are in.
If you are stuck in a never ending cycle of repeated failures, or abuse, then you are repeating the same thoughts, the same feelings, the same actions over and over again. Do you want something better for yourself? Do you wish to create a better life, a happier way of being? Then you must change your way of being! Become a conscious thinker and stop allowing your mind to control your journey. You are not your mind! Your mind is a tool, nothing more. If you are in that self defeating cycle you are most likely entertaining negative thoughts and feelings. Whether those thoughts and feelings are going to continue to rule your life, is up to you. Make a choice to take charge of your thoughts instead of your thoughts ruling the roost.
You can make excuses that will prevent you from accomplishing any form of inner peace, or you can simply allow yourself to choose something different. To do so enables you to create something fresh and new for yourself and those around you.
Our feelings around those we love are also creating our relationship with that person. Wow… (Are you saying that it’s my fault that the person that just hurt me, hurt me?) No! Not at all! Follow me closely here. What I am saying is that your way of thinking has created the vibration that brought the equal vibration into your life. Each thought and feeling is a vibration that goes out and is mingled with similar vibrations. These vibrations then return to the source, bringing back the vibration that is equal to its value with it. If this is the vibration of fear, then it will reap the results of that fear. If it is the vibration of hate, it will reap the results of that hate. If it is grief it will reap the results of that grief… and so on.
If someone is treating you poorly you must first look within yourself to see your own way of thinking and feeling. Then recognize the vibration you are sending out that is the counterpart to the one that is being returned to you. The most powerful way to affect change in another person is to simply LOVE them! If they are abusive then love them from a distance. Love changes hearts and minds! Change their behavior by changing how you think, feel, and see them. Find in them the traits you love, then enjoy and focus upon that. Focus upon what you like about them, not what you don’t like. See and feel them as you desire them to be. Before long you will see a difference in their attitudes toward you. Otherwise, if they are simply not reflecting your way of being they will just go away. Either way, we create our relationship with others through our relationship with ourselves.
As the spring blossoms on a fruit tree bloom with the promise of nourishing fruit, you have the opportunity to create new thoughts and feelings. To create joy in your life focus on feeling joyful. To create abundance, focus on feeling abundant. I can go on and on, but you get the idea. You do not have to repeat the old thoughts and feelings which are responsible for the repetition of undesirable experiences. They no longer work for you; do something new, different, and be your true being. A being of LOVE!

Transformation Equals Metamorphosis
Sunday, April 1st, 2012
When we take the time to understand how life works, we find that our thoughts and our limitations are one in the same. If however we recognize the true purpose of our minds we find a tool that can bring us infinite possibility. We begin life by forgetting our true being and learning about what we are not. We adapt ways of acting, thinking, and a way of being that is dictated by our experiences and the people around us. Then as we move through life, our judgments close the door to the openness and trust we began with. As an infant we are totally trusting and accepting of all that is. There is no judgement until we are told by another there must be. We are told that if we do not evaluate and judge our experiences, we will not learn from them. So, we begin to accept limitations as a fact, and instill fear around unfamiliar people, places and things, and most important our thoughts.
I say this because at some point we realize that its not working. At least I did! Our physical and emotional chronic illness stems from our choice to willingly separate ourselves from our true being. Then we begin the process of unlearning all that we have learned over the years and perceived as truth. We further realize that our current thoughts are our worst enemy. That the limited way of thinking we’ve developed is indeed keeping us from knowing our true being (Our God Being). (God in me, I in God).
I have in the past used the analogy of a Caterpillar turning into a butterfly to describe death. Now I will use the same analogy to describe our transformation from living in a dark, blind and otherwise limited world to becoming enlightened spiritually. When the caterpillar begins constructing the cocoon around its self, it does not have to think about it or doubt whether or not it is the right thing for it to do. It just does it because it is its nature to do so. Once it is formed and the caterpillar is encased within; the metamorphosis begins. The caterpillar begins to liquefy and becomes total liquid before the butterfly begins to form. Nothing is lost in this process! The DNA is not lost and as the butterfly forms it is still the same material it has always been. It is this process we go through as we journey through our life experiences. Even though we have chosen to forget our true being, it is still there. Our true being is just under the surface and all we must do to access it is allow ourselves to do so. We must let go of the lies we have told ourselves and open our hearts, minds and spirits to the truth about ourselves.
We make judgments daily and choices. Each judgement is based upon our physical perception and may or may not be accurate. This is because our perception is skewed by our point of view and our belief system. This is learned behavior that can be changed by choice. I was taught to ignore my right feeling brain and to focus on logic. I was told not to show my feelings, that to ware my heart on my sleeve was undesirable. It did not work for me! My life was a shambles until I understood that my way of thinking and being was the cause of this condition. Changing my way of thinking, not judging a situation; just accepting it and looking at it in a more positive light helped me to respond to situations better. Hence I achieve a better outcome. So when something does appear to go wrong in my life, I simply say, alright. It is what it is! What was my way of being that brought this experience into my life, and if I didn’t like what happened, what must I change about my way of being to bring about more desirable outcomes?
For me to see myself as whole and complete with no separation from the spirit world or my Creator works. I see my brain, heart, and spirit as one not as separate parts of me. When I began to bring myself into a place of oneness, my life began to fall into place.
We may choose to believe our physical perceptions ie…the five senses, or we may say to ourselves; “what do I feel in my gut and heart to be the truth?” If it is different from our logical thinking or our self talk, then many times we will ignore our hearts and our gut. Doing this is why more often than not our decisions do not turn out the way we thought they would. On the other hand we also make choices that are based only in desire. Desire that comes from the center of our being. These are the choices I have found to be the truest. I realize that my thinking is limited by my teachings and my experiences. And as a child we make up our minds about things that affect us throughout our entire lives. These decisions we make as kids, are seldom truth. A child’s perception only sees the surface of what is happening. Example: A child is playing with another older child. The older child is to rough with the younger child, not meaning to be; but their just over zealous. The younger child develops anger toward the older child and makes a decision that what ever the activity is they will never do again, because of this one bad experience. Do you see how this works? Now that child will have fear around the activity and maybe even hate or anger around the older child that will follow him/her the rest of their life; unless they realize their miss-perception at some point and over come this limited belief.
To wrap this up I will say to you that as a Caterpillar turning into a beautiful and free butterfly I am in the process of metamorphosis and my transformation will not be complete until I have reached enlightenment (the butterfly has flown) Go now upon your journey and remember your true being. Recognize the lies you have made yourself believe and ask that truth and only truth be revealed to you. Accept without judgement your choices and no you can make new choices at each step.

Inflammation True Cause Of Heart Dis-ease?
Wednesday, March 14th, 2012
It is good to see that there is at least one main stream Doctor that realizes we must get back to our natural state of consuming fresh foods, and stop consuming the highly processed foods that are poison to our body’s. For years we have been told that the consumption of animal fats, was the main cause of heart dis-ease. This article is one that brings to light the true cause of heart dis-ease and what to do about it.
We are here to expose the lies and provide answers that make sense.

Life Is All There Is!
Monday, March 5th, 2012
There is recognition within my being of the process of transformation from body into spirit energy. Upon this Earth Plane, we call it death. This recognition provides me with comfort and a knowing that when a loved one passes they are still with me and have not simply died. The knowing within me that I am an infinite being having a human experience makes the finite appearance of physical life more acceptable.
The ability to transcend and communicate (intuition/psychic) with those that have crossed over is one that we all have but many have not developed it. There are many planes of existence and many opportunities to connect with those who have left this earth. We block our connection with these other planes of existence with our outward physical notion that we are living as limited beings; upon a physical plane, and that that is all there is. Also, fear plays a huge part in our choice to block our connection with other planes of existence. We do not know what to expect, so we block it. Our belief system that is formed by experiences and suggestions from others (learning) is completely static and once formed becomes final. At that point we resist anything that is not in alignment with our beliefs.
This being said, please understand that it is not impossible to modify our belief system to become more open and accepting of new beliefs. It is definitely possible to do this, and to open ourselves to infinite possibility through this modification.
I use the analogy of the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly as the perfect example of what happens when the earthly body dies. The caterpillar actually liquefies inside the cocoon before forming the beautiful butterfly and flying away. Nothing is lost within this process. The entire original DNA is still present in the butterfly from the caterpillar. The only difference between the metamorphosis of the caterpillar and the human metamorphosis is that we do not physically see what is taking place with the human being.
With human beings seeing is believing. The difficulty with that is that much of what we see is a lie. This is why opening our minds to new ideas is so important. We must expand our thinking to possibilities that are not readily apparent to us.
I chose to open my heart and my mind to truth. If it is not in agreement with my current belief system, I will modify the belief to encompass and accept the new information that has come to me. There is so much more to us than we now recognize. Remember your true being and become the spirit energy you truly are now; before you die. Make the choice to seek truth and infinite possibility. Becoming quiet with meditation and self-reflection does this for us. But making the choice to open our hearts and minds to seek truth is the first step.

Finding inner strength
Thursday, January 19th, 2012
When it comes to finding the strength to stand up for yourself no matter the consequences, a person must realize why they allow the other person to walk on them in the first place. There have been many times over the years that I cowered and allowed someone to make me doubt myself. But at this stage of my personal growth I have a self confidence that is unwavering.
Self reflection has been one of the main keys to my developing my ability to stand up for what is right for me. Self doubt is the way of being that when presented with questions of whether or not our assumption of the situation is accurate, prevents us from believing in ourselves. Our judgement of the situation can’t be trusted is what is going on in our minds and that is false.
We must review the evidence and believe that in spite of what someone else says. Do yourself a favor and recognize the ability you have that enables you to gain that confidence around what you know to be true. Do not falter even when another person appears convinced you are imagining what is going on around a situation. Perhaps they are not being truthful. Know that if you are basing your assumptions on facts that you can have confidence in your evaluation of the situation.

Rose Louise
